Let us help you!

Let us take the guess work out of it!

The sheer quantity of CCTV systems on the market with their dozens of options and can be daunting and difficult to understand. You may be tempted to pick a system without really understanding what you are purchasing or without getting real value for your money.

With our obligation free quote you have nothing to loose and at the very least you will benefit from talking to our knowledgeable technician.

Why choose us to supply and install a system for you?

  • Genuine Professional Grade Products:
We only use high quality systems from the market leaders in CCTV. We will never supply grey market products or equipment from brands that are not backed by years in the industry.
We don’t recommend DIY systems. We have too often seen customers purchase their own systems only to find it wasn’t what they expected or that they could not upgrade their system later on.

  • Clarity & resolution:
Too many CCTV systems on the market sell cameras that produce a blurry picture, that doesn’t properly identify facial features or finer details. That’s not how good CCTV systems should be. Our clients often comment on how blown away they are by the crisp images, clarity and depth of vision our camera installation have, with the added benefit of being able to zoom in and still have a good quality image
We do not quote on less than 6 megapixel cameras, unless we are adding additional cameras to an existing lower capacity system or by customer request.

  • Affordable:
Just because we supply high quality products doesn’t mean that they are not an economical choice. If you give us a call we will be happy to find the right system that fits your budget. Whatever you choose always make sure your system base is good, you might choose to install less cameras initially and add more later, at least you have peace of mind knowing that you have a reliable and quality product

  • The right system:
We always endeavor to offer our customers the right system for them. We want them to have a product that has all the functions they want.
We believe that you don’t need to swat the mosquito with a canon! So we wont try to sell you things that you don’t need! But we wont quote you for something less than suitable either. For example; many DIY systems and some installer quoted systems may only come with a 1TB hard drive to keep the costs down. We do not believe this is enough! There is nothing worse than going on holiday and wanting to look up some footage only to find it has already started to write over itself.

  • Obligation free quote & experienced technician:
You have nothing to loose. Give us a call and speak to our experienced technician who can help you through your security options. We offer flexible quotations that start with the system minimum and options to add more according to what you would like. Our quotations are clear and easy to understand and we are always happy to make any changes and revise the options with you if you require

  • Taking the guess work out of it: With all the different types of cameras (analogue, HDCVI, IP) out there we can make sure that you get the best product for your money. IP is an affordable and economical choice and the latest technology. Very rarely do we need to quote on analogue or HDCVI (older technologies) unless we are upgrading a system and can save a customer money by using existing cabling without skimping on picture quality.
When selecting CCTV cameras, it’s important to consider lens size and angle degree as this ensures that the camera captures the right areas and the quantity of hard disk space required for data storage.
Deciding where to place your cameras will depend on your property and your security needs. Usually, the first camera is installed in a position such as near the front door or gate, to gather information about people or vehicles entering, followed by additional cameras to cover “weak spots” such as other doors or windows, the garage or your shed. The ideal would be to cover the entire perimeter of the property, however this isn’t always practical and we will easily identify the key spots.

  • Friendly, reliable & professional: Our experienced technician is always happy to help and will promptly follow up on your enquirey. We value high quality workmanship, we don’t believe in cutting corners. With high attention to detail you can be sure you will get an excellent quality installation service from us as well as follow up support should you ever require.

  • Customer Service: We want happy customers so making sure that you’re happy is our priority. We understand that everyone’s situation, houses and security needs are different. We want to talk to you and get to know what you want out of your security system so that we can provide an individual, tailored service specifically for you.

  • Fully licensed: All security installers must be licensed. You can rest assured that we are.

You have bought DIY kit but can't DIY? How long does it take to install?

Yes, even if you supply your own equipment we are happy to do the installation for you and we are also happy to provide a quote for you.
Most camera systems will take anywhere from about 6hours up to two days depending on the number of cameras and the style of building. We pride ourselves on doing a neat and professional job, even if its installing equipment that we didnt supply.
A lot of DIY kits come with pre-made cables. The trouble is that they arent always the right length and then longer cables need to be made up or purchased. We can do this for you.
Also, the programming is completely different from brand to brand. Often the DIY brands are not used by professional security system installers and programming can be quite involved and this takes time.

Want better night vision?

Most CCTV surveillance cameras can record colour during the day but at night, unless you have support lighting, they switch to black and white and the image size can decrease.
There are a number of options if you want to improve night vision:

* 24hour colour cameras: These cameras do not switch to black and white and have full field of vision at night
* Support lighting: An outdoor light near ordinary cameras will keep the image in colour and prevent image loss when running on IR only.
* Infra-Red (IR) Illuminators: Installation of these near your camera can increase the sharpness and field of vision at night in black and white.

Remote Viewing

If you want this feature there has to be an internet connection on the premises and to the remote device (tablet or mobile phone) that the footage will be viewed on.

Being able to investigate a noise, especially at night without peering out of a window or going outside is invaluable.

This option is especially handy if you have an alarm system as you can log on to see if it was a false alarm or if action is required to stop an intruder.
